Our brother, Joshua Michael Bend, creator of Awakening, was arrested on November 5th, released, then arrested again a week later when his PO reported that he was going to assassinate the President, which his friends all believe to be untrue. He is being detained at Bucks County Corrections, in Doylestown, PA (Phone # 215-345-3700 Email [email protected]). It is known that as he was detained the second time, that his house was raided by the Secret Service and his computer confiscated. No one is allowed to make contact with him, no one knows what he is being charged with, and without the proper public attention, this may very well be a case of indefinite detention, no legal rights being provided him. He is under indefinite lockdown with no contact for unknown charges. Please spread the word. If you care about social justice, or protecting peoples rights, give this facility a call, write them, tell them to grant him his phone calls and to declare what exactly his charges are and why he is being detained so mysteriously.
