Our chief marketing, communications and development officer, Julie Castle, recently gave a very powerful talk at TEDx Salt Lake City. The core of her speech was about Best Friends’ work with the Vicktory dogs and how our organization rallied not only to save them, but to use their example to negotiate a change in the policy of national agencies with regard to dogs seized from dog fighting busts.
