Our children of Saint Martin need protection. The people supposed to protect children instead insult them as on the 13 July 2011 when three armed gendarmes with NO documents forced their way inside our apartment with NO DOCUMENTS.. NONE... and nor did the Huissier NO DOCUMENTS. only yelling insults at us. My two daughters both Saint Martiners. Both FRENCH but a gendarme with his hand on his gun decided to intimidate my terrified daughter who had been in bed sleeping. Her sister too and in their underwear. They were woken by FOUR men screaming at them to GET OUT GET OUT GET BAGS ITS FINISHED FOR YOU GET OUT. My eldest daughter asked the gendarme Why are you speaking to my Mother like she is a DOG a SOUS RACE my daughter had heard the gendarme say in FRENCH so we could not understand ( he thought nobody spoke French) I will pick her up and throw her outside by her body if she does not hurry up and get out. The gendarme then turned to me daughter a FRENCH MINOR and he had his hand on his gun: YOU CAN LEAVE ST MARTIN AND YOU THINK THAT FRANCE SHOULD PAY YOUR TICKETS? 13 July 2011 illegally and VIOLENTLY evicted. two French MINOR children by the three gendarmes on saint Martin and with NO DOCUMENTS. NO lodgment available. NONE of our belongings except what we could grab in 10 minutes. 06 SEPTEMBER 2011 the Juge Execution saint Martin confirmed the eviction as NULL AND PAS VALIDE 16 February 2012 four men stole all our valuables and destroyed the rest. Some things thrown into another filthy storage owned by the notaries. The gendarme at 17h20 REFUSED to assist me 17 February 2012. Now because I have exposed all the illegal acts done by the gendarmes they have with the prosecutor now filed criminal charges against me. Outrage? but I never yelled at anyone. Non publique? But Faecbook is public. 07 November 2013 the judge here on Saint Martin told me : I will judge you. I will make a judgment against you without a lawyer as you are tellement difficile He laughed at me with the prosecutor and then said to me; Go contact the international press and Facebook. The judge told me to as he will make a judgment against me but for what? i do not know as they never translated what was written to me. A Spanish woman said I had to sign the document. 07 November 2013.
