Treasury Supervisor (1 Post ) Responsibilities Checking Main Cash (Cash Incoming) Checking Bank Incoming transaction and Bank Outgoing Transaction Checking Daily Report of Petty Cash’ Phnom Penh. Checking Internal Expenses related to Staffs Checking and supporting for Issuing the LC/SBLC/Bank Guarantee. Checking Bank Reconciliation Checking Payroll for staff and Non-Staff Manage Cash Managements To communicate with each bank ‘peoples when have any task Solve any problem relate with treasury division. Do the monthly report related to Treasury Division to submit to Accounting Manager by Monthly basis. Other duties as assigned by Management Requirements Bachelor Degree in Accounting or relevant field 3 years’ experience with supervisory responsibility Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, flexible and detail-minded Good command of both spoken and written English and Khmer Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office applications. Willing to work hard and should be flexible on timings. Accounting & Finance Manager ( 1 Post ) Responsibilities Direct report to the VP who oversees the finance and accounting functions of the Group To take particular responsibility for regular group level reporting, budgeting & forecasting, financial analysis and strategic planning. To take the lead in the designing and implementing governance and risk management frameworks from strategic to operational levels. To take the lead in initiating change management activities and significant involvement in ad hoc projects as required To lead the professional team to oversee system implementation, review policies and procedures, develop and review internal control systems to enhance good governance and to improve efficiency To ensure internal controls are sufficient to maintain all levels of compliance, and to give recommendations for improvement and corrective measure where necessary. Developing and maintaining good external relationships with auditors, bankers, solicitors, tax authorities and related government bodies for banking, taxation, customs and related issues. Build and maintain a high performance finance team by providing strong leadership and guidance To enhance management reporting including financial and accounting, auditing, cost control, business performance budgeting, cash flow, statutory reporting, and tax planning in a professional and timely manner. Analyze financial performance of various profit centers and monitor their results against budget and KPIs To provide professional advice and tax planning to top management To collaborate with senior management to proactively understand the business needs and drive IT team for technology solutions to improve business efficiency Requirements To qualify for this position the successful candidate will be a degree holder in finance or accounting, a qualified accountant, and preferably with professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA or the equivalent Has to demonstrate successful experience gained from sizable organizations with a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in a leading finance role of which 5 years at managerial level in a fast paced and innovative environment With the ability to manage people, motivate and drive change in an organization Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with management at all levels Proficiency in MS Suite, experience in system enhancement, and familiar with SAP ERP system will be an added advantage Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills, and able to work under pressure Proficiency in English is required with Cambodian language or other Asian language a bonus Cost Accounting Manager ( 1 Post ) Responsibilities Report to the CFO, you are mandated to establish and maintain a consistent and accurate model for all product ranges for cost accounting system. You will develop and monitor compliance and costing standards related to raw materials and component pricing, consumption rate, labor and overhead rate, etc. To perform related analyses reports and formulate methods of cost reduction and saving. Report on periodic variances and their causes, focusing in particular on spending variances. Report on margins by product line, center, and division. Create and review the controls needed for data and report on physical inventory and cycle counts, investigate their variances and provide solution. In addition, you will support automation of costing process via process mapping and user testing as needed. Successful candidate will possess the following competencies and attributes: Requirements Degree holder in Accounting, cost accounting or the relevant discipline. Holding professional accounting qualification from an internationally recognized body such as ACCA or equivalent will obviously be an advantage At least 5 years of management experience in standard costing, margin analysis, etc. preferably from a manufacturing environment In-depth knowledge on cost analysis and solid experience on operation management, manufacturing costing calculations and BOM costing Experience with ERP system, routing, and standard, and process costs Numeric-sensitive, analytical and proficiency in compiling figures into business plan High integrity, strong leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in written and spoken English, with knowledge of other Asian languages and added advantage. Sound knowledge of PC software and familiar with SAP FICO are a plus.
