Our client is looking for a Retail Operations Coordinator that responsible for providing administrative support to the Retail Operations Department in Macau. The successful incumbent will be responsible for: • Co-ordinate with retail shops and other departments to ensure that all policies and procedures are understood and respected • Conduct regular store visit and report on findings, conduct market survey when required • Order and arrange distribution and delivery of shop supplies such as uniform, stationery, etc. • Update the VIP and mailing list • Review roster and administer leave application as prepared by the Shop Manager to ensure adequate manpower at store level • Prepare sales, management reports and memo as required Any other duties as assigned from time to time Requirements: • University graduate; • 2-3 years’ retail operations experience preferable in luxury industry; • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point; • Self-motivated, independent and mature; • Good communication skills in English & Cantonese; • Flexible and able to work under pressure; • Macau ID card is required.
