Our client is looking for a Service and Transition Administrator to providing support to the Team Leader this role covers a business critical area. Supporting the contract maintenance side of the business, the Maintenance Enablement function is responsible for the activities associated with the processing of a customer maintenance order, specifically ensuring that customer support is in place. You will need to communicate accurately and effectively in a timely manner on all levels to both internal and external customers and provide industry-leading customer service to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Duties and responsibilities include: • Process customer maintenance orders using the appropriate systems within set service level agreements - this includes managing all related aspects of checking available spares stocks, purchasing necessary third-party services, producing costs for future renewals and providing continued support for the contract duration. • Escalate issues (both internally and externally) with customers and suppliers in a timely manner whenever required. • Ensure that quality is in line with the relevant business standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in business practices and the flow of an order from receipt to invoicing, on-line purchasing processes, raising and SAP knowledge desirable.
