Our client is looking to fill the role of Planning / Scheduling / Asset Registry Assistant at their Foster Creek Facility. The shift is 4/3 10 hour days and the roles and responsibilities are as follows: - Daily entry of contractor hours in work orders as actuals - Entry of completion comments at work order completion - Scan documentation to link to work orders - Filing, organizing of completed work orders - Creation and running of KPI reports - Look up and printing of work orders for supervisors - Planner relief when required - Electronic creation of checklists for PM’s - Creation of and assisting others in creating work orders - Data input regarding Locations and Assets into the Asset Data Collector File - Ensure accuracy of Maximo data after data load - Assist in information gathering via equipment name plate or maintenance manual - Assist in gathering and organizing location / asset manuals and documentation - Printing out of building plans and blueprints - Audits on work order completion - Work order backlog and data trending reports as requested - Assist with various Maximo reports / Maximo inquiries as required Please submit your resume to resumes@sureflowservices Please reference job #14-02
