Our community offers so much to fuel our intellectual, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, but when it comes to nurturing our physical wellbeing, thats a bit more challenging. On Sunday, however, many of us gratefully received some much needed TLC from the 11 wonderful massage therapists who came to share their talents as part of Spa Day: the Sequel. As a way of thanking everyone who does so much to create such a loving and welcoming community, the Fundraising Committee wanted to do something to help soothe our post-tax season stressed out bodies. Harpist Allison Allport supplied an elegant soundtrack to our event. Thank you to all the massage therapists and the volunteers who gave this unusual gift to our community. May you stay in the relaxation zone as long as possible and float through your weekdays with a new lightness of being. Peace!
