Our company had a contract with the city of Chattanooga that was to be implemented in two phases. After the first phase was complete the city council was going to do an assessment to see if our product performed as well as our company said it would. Phase one was completed over a year ago. Our new mayor, Andy Berke kept stalling the approval of phase two. Our company requested and received an audit from the city. Though the audit showed that our product performed as advertised, and every condition in the contract was met by our company, Mayor Berke announced that he was going to throw out the contract we had with the city.
