Our crew had a great time last Saturday catering for an epic corporate event in Long Beach, right on the sand of gorgeous Belmont Shores. But, one of the challenges of being out on the beach was to ensure the winds didn’t affect the fresh, hand-pressed tortillas. So, we brought some heavy duty plexiglass shields and they worked like a charm! In the end, we got incredible feedback and endless smiles. It was truly an honor to have been part of this occasion and we look forward to serving everyone again soon.
