From the very beginning, Mike Waters demonstrated excellent customer service, was respectful of our needs and concerns, and did not make us feel like we were a sale opportunity. When I told him I would have to talk to my wife who was at work and we would be back later, he respected the decision. This is in contrast with other dealers who seem reluctant to let you go. I didnt feel pressure to make a decision right then, only steady insistence that it was our decision and Mike was only there to answer any questions we had. Also, he was great with our young daughter and made sure she was comfortable in the play room as my wife and I mulled over our decision. Mike was with us every step of the way and even called a couple days later to make sure everything was fine with the car.
