Our earthly bodies, the shell that our spiritual self lives, will always be tempted. As scripture tells us, we are no longer slaves to sin, but to God our Father. We can never overcome evil alone, we need Jesus in our lives. With the power of the Holy Spirit, we can overcome all temptations. Our own reasoning, however knowledgeable we are in a worldly sense cannot even compare to the Spiritual knowledge that comes from above. If we constantly keep our eyes on Jesus, we cannot fail. You cannot have your eyes on Jesus and worldly things at the same time. You see, you cannot go wrong if you are truly following the ways of the Lord.
