Our experience is the US was great!! We have attended successful meetings, fundraising dinners and summits, we had charity gigs and attended very informative workshops. In the past 4 weeks weve performed on 12 platforms, all charity. Was it worth it??- Yes it was!!! We met wonderfull people over here who became instant family. Some opened their doors to us and others walked the streets of NYC with us. Others helped us through the process and others called to check up on us all the time. We met so many serious icons in the acappella industry on a global scale. The Best Producer to the best arrangers to the biggest legends to groups who we look up to. Boston Sings was the highlight of the entire trip. Collectively we received the 2nd place in the Harmony Sweepstakes in NY, we got the Best Soloist Category in the Harmony Sweepstakes and we got the Best African Album award..... For us, thats been the most humbling experience. To God be the glory!! African acapella is taking the next step in the industry. All groups in Africa are working hard to make it to the top. I have respect for you all and I hope we can all meet at an occasion and share our experiences and knowledge. I dream and that one day we could all just be in one place and sing all day long, all night long!! The beauty of the groups in Africa is that we are not competing against each other. Every international achievement any one of us made is to put the African continent on the global map. Lets work, stand together and move as one. Tone...I SEE YOU!!! :) *Please tag everyone you know
