Our family is in desperate need of some help (information) regarding who to contact to go after our slumlord who refuses to fix our furnace and hot water tank both were shut off and red tagged by mountaineer gas company due to unsafe valves and improper combustion furnace was leaking carbon monoxide in our house..the landlord says hes trying to do what he can yet nothing has been done.we have 6 children ranging in ages 10 years to 11months old and no where to stay red cross put us in a hotel for 2 days but thats as much as they can help..our sorry excuse of a landlord is Kevin Katenhusen who had no problem cashing our $525 money order for our rent money we just paid on the 5th..we have called news 9 trying to get help they are reviewing all information to do a report reguarding our situation..any information on what to do next would be great
