Our fav of favs has been ADOPTED! Its been a long 6 months for our Georgia peach that included surgery to remove benign masses, including her tail, having to be put on a diet because we were spoiling her too much (sshhh) and days like one seen here where shes seen peering through the bars at the end of another business day, perhaps hoping the next day will bring her people. And through it all volunteers really rallied around her, gave her extra attention and Alicia took her on an overnight excursion. Big thanks for volunteers and staff who helped her hold it all together during her stay. We will miss Georgia hugs! So a BIG send off for Georgia - shes left her paw prints and shell always be our Georgia on our Mind.
