Our fire management leadership continues to give us the cold shoulder on a daily basis. It is amazing that they continue to participate and exploit their lie which the SSD/SROA broad created. We remember years ago when the line staff and management accepted the 21 standards of conduct (see above) we all agreed to live by these standards. We will be honest with you, if any of our members violated these standards we would face termination or demotion period. Managements opinion is that if you violate a known standard you are either negligent or incompetent! Well, its time that management looks in the mirror and live by the same consequences that we do. Standard 11.... Dishonesty and Untruthfulness.
