Our first Christmas miracle is a tearjerker story. Recently we told you about Houdini aka Grandpa Gus, the senior pit bull that was pulled out of the shelter by our friends from Duckys Bravo Squad. Well we knew he had some health issues but we had no idea the extent of them. Turns out our poor guy has renal failure, prostate cancer, heart disease, anemia and most likely kidney failure. This means he is in hospice care now. Well his amazing foster family decided that they will do whatever they possibly can to make his remaining days his best ever. He has been officially adopted by his fosters! He didnt have to spend his last Christmas on a cold shelter floor. He got to open up Christmas presents with his family and got to sleep in front of the fireplace on his very own comfy bed. He has the best gift anyone can ask for. A very loving family! We cant thank his family enough!!! We also want to thank everyone who has donated to support him. The money raised will be used to pay off his vet bills.
