Our first birth a precious gift to others and then to us Our - TopicsExpress

Our first birth a precious gift to others and then to us Our second birth a glorious gracious gift to us then to others! You were given life by God through your parents as a precious gift of life. This mortal life has to be cultivated at every turn, learning to distinguish write from wrong by which we are bound due to our fallen nature apart from God. You can be given eternal life as a gracious unearned gift of glory – if you choose it. If you have received it then live like it! Grace covers us when our fallacies follow or try to overcome us. Because Grace is unmerited favor does not mean that there is no need to strive to honor the one who is able to give it….quite the opposite. Just as we are called by commandment to honor our parents who gave us mortal life, we should honor our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who can give us eternal life. So when you think you or your actions are better than someone else, consider Christ who made himself to be sin in our place. Think carefully about the words ETERNAL LIFE. Follow the Lord Prayer and remember His new commandment….love your neighbor as yourself. Have you ever cheated, abused and divorced yourself? I am sure it. Did you make amends? I am sure of that too; your still here. It is called reconciliation. How do we get that with God. The only way is acceptance of His son Jesus! We have all sinned and as a result have cheated, abused and divorced ourselves from God in much the same way we do this to those around us. You see my friends it was not God who was without love. It was you and I. So before you accuse, cheat, abuse and divorce another, stop and consider the words of Jesus, HAVE LOVE ONE FOR ANOTHER, that the world may know you are my disciples. …as far as it depends on you be at peace with everyone. Romans 12:18 Romans 5:1-11 Concerning peace and hope Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we[a] have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us. You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him! For if, while we were God’s enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life! Not only is this so, but we also boast in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation. Let go off the smell doctrine of compelling works or working to pay for your sins or the sins of others. Christ did it all. He provided everything. He is in Heaven preparing a place for those who have accepted the invitation. He said that He is going to prepare a place for us. Not Him and His angels, or fallen saints, or those who we thought would be there or even ones we thought would never be there. This is personal. Jesus is going to prepare a place for you if you ask Him. Accept Him today! Then live as though you are already there!
