Our first day of Surabhi Drama Fest where we are staging the Drama Mayabazar was a Runaway Success with 300 + patrons of Drama aganist the Seating capacity of 270. Thank you all for The consistent Support & encouragement because of which we could be successful and satisfied today. The Media gave a very good Coverage pre Show and also Today supporting us in our Campaign . Thank you , DG Rtn.Malladi Vasudev, PDG Rtn. Jawahar Vadlamani, PDG Rtn. TVR Murti, DGE Rtn.Gopinath Reddy and all the Rotary Leaders, Families and Friends who participated with enthu and who made the Evening trully a ROTARY DAY, an event which is also campaigning Public Image Building of Rotary. DG Rtn. Malladi Vasudev conferred the Vocational Excellence Lifetime Achievment Award to Padmashri Nageshwar Rao Garu on behalf of Rotary International Dist 3150 & also announced a support of 25k in Cash , over and above the 1 lac which was also Given to Support them which was Contribuited by Patrons of Drama and Good Samartians of Rotary and among Family & Friends . Apart from the Award and Cash Contribuition , We also distributed Clothes to all 65 artists in the group and gave them Two Double Cot Beds & a dressing table thanks to a friend who got Moved on seeing thier plight . This is just a beginning of a long Journey of creating Awareness and Doing Good to Art and Upholding Our Culture and Tradition.
