Our first week back home was a busy one. Unpacking and moving back into the house after three months away, catching up with family, friends and neighbors, finally getting on the golf course, reintroducing Bertram to the house and neighborhood, Vet visit where little Bertram lost his manhood, graduation celebration(s) for Jacob, some time in the woods at a friends hunting camp which included being greeted by lots of bugs, visit to family doctor to check out knee problem (looks like a visit with Dr Pearson an orthopedic surgeon is now in order), an entire day spent trying to sort out medical bills and insurance payments/non payments (what a cluster), fired up hot tub only to find a leaking seal on a jet pump(question of the day is..try to find/replace the pump or just buy a new hot tub??), first grass cut for the year, fixed flat tire on lawn tractor, obtained original trailer of my nearly antique Ford lawn tractor (Thanks George). Yes it was a busy week. I need a few days of rest, but if I expect to splash the boat this week, my rest and recovery time will be limited. Maybe I will just award myself a 30 minute coffee break instead.
