Our former Pastor ( A Monsignor now, George Majoros) at my Parish WISELY moved the lower level Church Tabernacle to its rightful place years ago, right smack in front of our eyes! He also was committed to Eucharistic Adoration and was often seen praying there. Sadly, our parish did have more days given for Eucharistic Adoration, but they were cut out and now only one day, Mondays, which they decided not to hold during the Summer Months at all! I think Parishes need to encourage and speak on this subject more often and maybe have each family in the Parish commit in taken an hour each week, even if Adoration is a few days, I know Parishes would flourish spiritually, would bring about True Vocations and holy families, it is so sad, no one wants to be with Jesus alone in the Tabernacle. I too was so ignorant of this BEAUTIFUL DEVOTION, but Our Blessed Mother showed me the way to her Son, through EUCHARISTIC ADORATION! - Joyce - Joyce
