Our goal at this point is to bring awareness to the situation. While we would love the development to be shut down entirely, we are realistic in knowing that there is too much $ involved for this to happen. What we would like to see is more forest saved, the # of townhouses reduced, and the size of the single family dwelling lots increased. We encourage everyone to make themselves familiar with what the city has agreed to and then contact the city and voice any questions and concerns that they may have. Keep in mind that this development is just one of two that are going up on the Bose property. The property is actually split into 2 parcels and the other portion also has a townhouse development approved for it as well. These 2 developments are going to put incredible strain on the local elementary and high schools not to mention the increase in traffic, etc.
