Our government feels that all the intellectual people including teachers/IAS/PCS officers,govt. /pvt.officials should retire at the age of 60 yrs.as their ability to do their job perfectly ,their memory power & ability to take active decisions diminishes by this age.Then how the similar people, if they join politics,are fit for the job which requires more brain power,more energy,more travelling from one place to another,more responsibilities on their shoulders than what they have when they were young and much more participation in the countrys decision making process.Can anybody justify this? Does our elite class or VIPs are above any qualifying criteria? Is it not injustice to the common people who retires at the age of 60yrs. Should there be a maximum age limit to contest any election? If any of our retired personnel wants to contribute to the country with his/her experiences,we can make a National Senior Citizen Elite Forum where they can share their views as to what is good or bad for our country. The younger generation should be given power to bring new,creative ideas who can implement the same for the benefit of the Nation.Maximum age for a person to fight any election should not be more than 65yrs. so that he could retire at the most 70yrs. of age.
