Our group proposes to come out with a Critically Edited Book of Research Papers.The Novel selected by consensus is "Kanthapura".A myriad of articles,essays and books are already available and yet pouring in continually.Sad ly, to me they appear like recasting of the previous ones. We shall endeavor to bring in some new critical light on this novel by interpreting it on the lines of LITERARY THEORIES.We intend to break new grounds in criticism. As the number of scholars willing to participate are more than the capacity of a book so it is requested that they send in their TOPICS & ABSTRACTS on our Group mail.This will help in sorting out the structure of the book and making our work exclusive and original.It shall also help in avoiding two or more persons writing in the same literary/ critical/ theoretical perspective. The topics thus sorted out shall be uploaded in near future for critical comments. The last date for sending topics,abstract s and details of participants along with academic/ university affiliations is 20th October for the forthcoming book .
