Our guinea fowl numbers have dwindled over the past year as they fell victim to predators, road traffic and our security detail. Guineas have a reputation for being poor parents, abandoning nests before and/or after a hatch, so we never expected much from the two nests in the garden. But as you can see in this video, we have some newly hatched keets, as the babies are called, and the parents-relatives (its a family thing) are off to a good start protecting them. youtu.be/JqZIcg8hbRg
