Our immigration policy has become an issue pertaining to the institutionalized slavery. As it took African-American almost 240 years to be enriched the United States Constitution (USC), it will probably take the same time for new immigrants, as well. The battle will rage between welfare and work. Will the government provide services for immigrants or our citizens; the question must be answered by our political leadership. The President and the United States Congress should implement a joint Executive-Congressional Order so future Presidents can easily make budget adjustments on demand. The federal government should be ready to finance any changes in the United States Census report which many localities have to deal with at a moments notice. However, federal leadership is the key establishing just and a flexible budget for operations of state governments. The immigration bill will require a judicial review by both Democratic, Republican and the Conservative Party. Let us take it ease and do a slow ride so the political mishaps of the past will not divide our house. Antonio Ivan Easterling sends his respects.
