Our landlady just informed me that the upstairs neighbours are moving out and the 3 bedroom flat will be available. Anyone I know looking for a new place to live? Ive never been upstairs, but our pad is super nice and the location is awesome if you like having a waterfront park 3 minutes from your front door but still being almost-downtown. If you are noisy frig off, we go to bed super early and I will cut you. The only drawback is our driveway can be tough to get out of during rush hour, but other than that, its my favourite place Ive ever lived.
