Our last day on the tour was stage 13 where after riding in the mid 30 degrees up the first time used in the tour de France Col de Palaquit cat 1 climb 14 kms long we were frying at 11 am and the pros were yet to start. After descending back into Grenoble its was then through the sprint zone back out of town and headed up the 25 km slog to the finish climb hors category Chamrousse. it was incredibly hot with the temperature hitting near 40 degrees before the pros were hitting itup . We watched it all unfold up the climbs we had just done on the 3 massive screens at the finish line.Ben Earnshaw and I were so excited watching it. The riders were sensational and I was standing right where Nabili throw his hands in theair to celebrate. I got it all on video but am unable to upload or play it on the tablet so im hoping its recorded. Got a few last pics to sharw as well. Im now back in london and must say its good to watch the tour live with an English commentary.
