After our early morning bear sighting, we were off to horse riding on the trails, then a roadside lunch and over 5 miles of hiking by foot....two trails, two waterfalls, wild turkey sightings, a snake, wonderful southern food at the Applewood restaurant and now ending our evening at the cabin in the hot tub and playing the pool table! Geesh could we have fit much more in?
