Our leaders should understand the budget of our country only people of high table are enjoy,but majority of people are hear the huge amount but nothing benefit.we are still in poverty also we are not proud to our leader.Minister of finance mention that“ by sept 2013 even salary govt could not have fund to pay for sept.but everyday huge money looting and 90per cent of our oil is takeaway by unknown people.justice most come before goodness
