Our less than 1 year old microwave broke. Called GE gave them model number etc. 2 weeks ago the repair man came out and said the door had to be replaced. He ordered the door and it came in sometime last week. Called GE again to schedule the repair man again, they scheduled it for this morning. Mike just got a call that he isnt coming because this model has to be returned to the vendor. Does he just not feel like making the trip this morning (he sounded pissed to be in Middletown when he took his personal phone call last time)? If this model couldnt be repaired you would think SOMEONE would have noticed during one of the phone calls, he would have the last time he was here, or the part wouldnt have been available to order. Now I am getting irritated, we have been without it for a month now.
