Our main courses were Chicken Hyderabad, Butter Chicken / Chicken Makhani and Malai Kofta. Brett got Chicken Hyderabadi which is chicken cooked in cashew and almond sauce with coconut tamarind cream and Indian spices. It is a medium heat index. I got the Butter Chicken / Chicken Makhani which is chicken cooked in a tomato and cashews sauce with cream, herbs and spices. This is a mild index. Thank you to my sister, Catherine in Birmingham for suggesting the Malai Kofta. This is stuffed and fried cheese balls that are cooked with almond sauce with cream herbs and spices. Sorry no room for dessert tonight!
