Our most recent 5 STAR REVIEW!! ALWAYS A WINNER! Property Being Reviewed: AQUA 802 My family and I have been renting from Blue Sun Properties for several years now and are never disappointed! Each property we have rented from them has been clean, beautifully decorated and furnished. This year we stayed in Unit 802 because we had my son and daughters families with us. This 3 br unit with 3 baths was perfect for our gathering at the beach. The 8th floor unit was a little more peaceful than the 3rd or 4th we usually stay on, but any of the units are fine with us. The noise of the street and nearby restaurants/bars are often heard from any condo on the strip, but after all, being near Pier Park and the festivities is what we go for. If you want a quiet secluded beach, PCB isnt the beach for you. The grandchildren had a great time on the Pirate Cruise, and GulfWorld was fun as well. A free night to the Ebro dog races on Tuesday and the great food at any time day or night is definitely a plus. We wouldnt think of renting from any other property management company.
