Our most recent BAD MAMMA JAMMA Fitness challenge concluded last week and the results are being compiled to send the the judges right now. I have to do some personal shout outs because of few of my personal boos progress is phenomenal and...well, thats just what I do! I am feeling like the mama lioness of three women in particular! They made me SO PROUD, I cannot even express it in words: KiKi Watson, my lifelong protege, Tiff Ny, my baby BISS and Jamese, my mini me! You ladies KILLLED!!!!! And represented the place on earth where beasts are birthed! GI doesnt have to stand up because we never sit down! Great job.
