Our mothers give us life and their is no greater gift one can give. My mom was at my yellow belt test and she was there the day I tested for my black belt. She was also there when I was sick, hurt, lonely, confused, heartbroken and lost. She was not perfect nor have I been the perfect child. I will never know how many times I made her cry from my poor decisions or disrespectful behaviors. I will never know all the sacrifices she made and went through for me. I will never know how many nights she lost sleep over me. And I will never fully understand how much she loves me. A mother loves beyond anything one can comprehend. Only mothers understand what other mothers do and go through for their children. There are many great kids in our GAMA program. I want to thank each and every mom for enrolling their kids, taking them to classes, washing and hemming uniforms, sewing patches and most of all supporting their children as they grow physically, mentally and spiritually with us.
