Our new employee of the month for November JayJay Upton, He has won a prize of $50.00.!! :) He did real well committing himself to all the youth fundraisers, he also showed great attitude and positive vibe to his peers. I was proud with the amount of work he had contributed to our youth fundraisers. The weekend gone was probably the biggest fundraiser we had yet, and he attended to ALL of them with NO REST and made it right to the end. But what stood out for me was his leadership towards his peers. Especially during our youth practices we have every Tuesday Night. I gave him the role to lead a couple boys through a dance routine, and seeing his item improving week in and week out. So this is why he deserved our Employee of the Month... Imma proud older Cuzzy.. shot Jay.... So whose Next for this month of December...???? We have a xmas treat for our next employee of the month... :)
