Our new timetable Monday. 9am - 10am - WOD 10am - 11am - open gym 4pm - 8pm - WOD Tuesday. 6am - 7am WOD 7am - 8am WOD 8am - 9am WOD 4pm - 8pm WOD Wednesday 6am - 7am WOD 7am - 8am WOD 8am - 9am open gym 4pm - 8pm WOD Thursday. 9am - 10am WOD 10am - 11am open gym 4pm - 7pm WOD Friday. 9am - 10am WOD 10am - 11am open gym 4pm - 7pm WOD Saturday. 930am - 1030am WOD 1030am - 12pm open g Sunday. By appointment only Personal training by appointment. Yoga and balance classes to be scheduled in the coming weeks. We are happy for members to utilize the gym providing the WOD has been completed and your training does not interfere with the running of the classes. See everyone tomorrow
