Our next Pilates course starts this Thursday at 7.30pm. I have just 3 places available. Pilates is a great way to: - build mind-muscle connections, improving performance in other sports - improve core strength and awareness - enhance flexibility - return to exercise after an injury - relieve stress and relax Class size is strictly limited to a maximum of 12 to ensure you receive full support throughout.
