SECOND COURSE: Cranberry Sauce - A wedge of herb crusted Brie lightly toasted and served with a salad of marinated green beans, fennel, and grilled romaine. Finished with a cranberry sauce vinaigrette. THIRD COURSE: Oyster Stuffing - Large Sea Scallop filled with a savory sausage bread stuffing serving on a bed of oyster mushrooms bathed in a seafood broth. FOURTH COURSE: A Harvest Bird - Duck Confit seasoned with holiday spirit, paired with a house made sweet potato gnocchi and served in a pool of brown butter sauce. FIFTH COURSE: Pumpkin Pie - A pumpkin pie bar with a graham cracker crust and topped with house made toasted marshmallow.
