Our next stop was at Horseshoe Lounge and Restaurant in Collinsville, IL. This restaurant serves up delicious classic bar food. We indulged in Idaho Nachos, Jalapeno Bottle Caps and the Meaty Pizza. All three where excellent, we have a feeling we will be craving that pizza later! YUM! Idaho Nachos: Queso cheese, cheddar jack cheese, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sour cream and pepper all atop a plate of waffle fries.
