Our next volunteer efforts will be the Regional High School Cross Country Championship Meet on November 2nd and the State High School Cross Country Meet on November 9th, both to be held at Rancho San Rafael Park. NSET will be the major sponsor of these meets by providing a large grant to cover the expenses and providing volunteers to staff much of the course and activities of the day. We will be working with the Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association [NIAA] to make this a great event for Northern Nevada and the Sierras. All volunteers will be provided a volunteer tee shirt and lunch during these events. Please contact either Mike Holmes [email protected] or me [email protected] to help out. We would like to know which event you can help with and your tee shirt size. Both these events are on Saturday, and we will need your presence from about 9:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Thank you.
