Our obsession with losing weight is disturbing to me...we are so concerned about the appearance of something that we neglect the actual care of it. Our bodies are sensitive ecosystems, be careful with them! Give them foods they want--fruits, veggies, greens, healthy meats--and move them around a bit--walks, stretching, etc. Give them the gift of quite spaces to still the mind and ease anxiety. Forget words like shred fat, or working out, dropping pounds. Just do the above, and enjoy your body into old age. *rant over*
