Our office is approaching its three year anniversary. Boy has it been the ride to remember!!! We went through two team leaders in the first year...that was not fun!! We lost agents in the beginning and had very little market share. OUCH! Still, somehow we managed to find a core group of agents who believed in what we were doing and bought into our vision. Gradually more took notice and climbed on board! Today we literally have an office filled with some of the best Realtors in Arvada, in Colorado and in the world!! Be sure to stay tuned tomorrow as we have some REALLY big announcements to make. We are unveiling where we will continue to grow over the next four years and how thats going to look. Also the biggest announcement since we have been open will be made! Its going to be a day of celebrating and of thanksgiving!!
