Would you like to get your first professional and international experience in the hospitality industry and work where others go on holiday? Description: The duration of this internship can be scheduled from 3 to 6 months. You will be supporting the Personnel Director of the Hotel. Your tasks include: Processing of applications, Assistance in recruitment of new staff, Organising interviews and training, payroll, Contract management, Internal quality management and much much more. You will work 40 hours per week with 2 days off. Free Accommodation and board are provided by the hotel for free as well as pocket money of euro 200 per month. Requirements: You are studying Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources Management, International Management, Communication, Marketing or something similar and you are planning to do an internship abroad in the hotel industry. Or you do an apprenticeship like Foreign Language Correspondence Clerk, Hotel Management Assistant or something related and you want to go abroad to gain some experiences in the hotel sector. If you decide to do an internship in the Human Resources department, you should be reliable and diligent. You shouldnt shy away from contact with people and you should be an open-minded person. You should have plenty of self confidence and a friendly persona. Your knowledge of English needs to be good and you need to have an intermediate level of the Spanish language.
