Achieve maximum weight loss by following these guidelines: Get Acupuncture treatment regularly - acupuncture helps boost your metabolism, suppress appetite, and clean the body of toxins. Get Aricular acupuncture – these are small tacs that are left in your ear to help curb cravings and increase metabolism. Take our Weight Loss Blend – this is a special custom weight loss formula created by Tian to balance hormones and detox the liver and intestine to help you achieve maximum weight loss. How to take: 3 scoops 3 times a day about 15-20 minutes before a meal. Regular herbal medicine can still be taken about 30 minutes after your meal. Diet: Protein and greens ONLY! 3 meals a day. No carbs, sugar, dairy, or fruit. NO fast food, soda, or chips. Protein should be the size of your fist, greens should be smaller then your fist. Drink only water. Try to avoid snacking, but if you need to eat then eat another protein and greens meal. Exercise: VERY IMPORTANT Do the SAME EXERCISE at the SAME TIME every day. For example, do not run in the morning on Monday then bike on Tuesday afternoon. If you are going to walk, then walk every day at the same time. This is crucial because you are not exercising to gain strength or endurance; you are exercising to lose weight. Stay consistent. Good luck!
