Our perennial favorite is back at it again. He apparently cant understand the difference between a right of way and an easement. FEC OWNS the right of way. They always have. No one has built anything on FECs property. The stupidity is never-ending at Florida NOT All Aboard #FNAA. Blake Davis: ....I would like to ask this question; If the FEC havent used the right of way they claim to have in SO long that homes, and businesses have been built along and on it,sometimes for decades now, then havent they lost it to eminent domain to those who have established buildings, roads, services on said property?
