Our problems exist in a lack or none at all representation of black communities. First we need our own political party. Neither major party represents us. Our representatives should be members of our community not an outsider representing the community he or she isnt connected to. We have spend millions and billions to both democrats and republicans and still have no representation. We need one party for us. Each community has its own rep. We have poor, working class, middle class and rich community. The rich has no right to dictate to the other communities cause of money. Black folks keep it simple incorporate your areas into cities and control your politics in your area. Other ethnic groups have always done across the country. They are fully representated in their areas. Their city council, police, fire, schools, hospitals are made up of their own and controlled by their own. We can do the same, but instead we allow others to dictate to us cause we dont get involved or control our own. Its simple, incorporate and then control. If your rep is not u, put one who is. Make laws to fit our community. Have policemen, firemen, teachers, and other officials from the community. When the police is made up of mainly community people, the people love and respect them. Theres plenty excellent people in the community. Black community officials from each area no matter rich or poor join to meet for local, city, state and national. Then we can equally sit with other groups as equals. Our unity will make us an equal. In the mean time others are in control of us cause of no game plan. It starts at the grassroots level.
