Our sandwich special for tomorrow is one that we have not done in ages. This sandwich has herbed chicken with sautéed red, orange and yellow peppers. I use a nice Spanish thyme on the chicken, sautee the peppers in butter and add a dash of herbs there too. The chicken and peppers can be ordered as a Panini or served up on our freshly baked bun. Adding grilled onion and fresh tomatoes will add another level of flavor to either of theses sandwiches.
