Our school went the UBC Chemistry Building for our 2nd annual field trip. This is one of our favourite hands-on experience. Students have the opportunity to make homemade ice cream using cream, sugar, chocolate and liquid nitrogen. This is the smoothest, creamiest and most decadent ice cream we have ever experienced! Yum!
