Our search for the missing man has continued through out the day. We expanded our search through Tehidy Woods this morning and around 13.00 hrs covered Hayle Towans searching in company with the Cornwall Rescue Group, a large contingent from the Westcountry Ambulance Service and again our colleagues from St. Ives Cliff Rescue Team. All the teams involved followed a search plan that included Hayle harbour, the holiday parks and chalets along the coast, the Towans and the old dynamite works as far as the Sandsifter pub at Godrevy. As yet nothing has been found. We were stood down at 17.00 hrs.
